Ingredients:

* Hilsha (Steak cut ).—– 200 g.

*Tomato —————-100 g.

*Eggplant————— 100 g.

* Onion shredded ————02 tbsp.

* Garlic pest —————01 tsp

* Ginger pest————–01 tsp

* Bay Leaf——————01pcs

* Cumin seeds———01  pinch

* Dry red Chili————–02pcs

* Cumin Powder————–01 tsp

* Green Chili ————02 pcs

* Salt———————-as per taste

*Coriander leaf chopped –01 tbsp

* Cooking Oil

* Water as per consistency

 

{For marinate the fish}

*Turmeric powder——01 tsp

*Salt —————-01 tsp

 

Methods of Cooking

# Clean the tomato and eggplant and cut by dice size then keep a side .

#  Marinette  the fish with salt and Turmeric powder then keep it for 15 min.

# Fired  the burner and make the pan medium high heat with Oil , pan fried the fish then keep a side .

# Again, make the pan medium high  heat put bay leaf,  dry read chili, whole cumin
(Seed). oil then shredded onion  and stir well .

# When onion will become  brown then add garlic paste and ginger pest.  After few moment add  turmeric powder , cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and green chili to the gravy .

# Add, dice cut tomato and eggplant then stir well . Put some water as much you want see the thickness of your gravy then cover with a lid . Wait for cooked the eggplant .

# After eggplant become soft add pan fried Hilsha fish on the curry then cover again and keep it on low heat for about 05 minuets .

.After finish cooking sprinkle coriander leaf chopped if you like its flavor , you can enjoy the Hilsha Fish with Eggplant and Tomato Curry with steam rice yellow fried rice .
