Bangladeshi Spicy Mashed Dry Shrimp /Chingri Shutki Bharta2013-02-06
50 g. dry shrimp
50 g. shredded onion
20 g. chopped garlic
04-05 pcs green
01 tsp turmeric powder
01 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tbsp. salt
# Soak the dry shrimp in hot water for about 20 minuets, after drain the water and keep a side .
# In a medium heated pan put some oil then add shredded onion, chopped garlic , soaked dry shrimp and green chili . Season the shrimp with salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder and stir well . Cook until onion and shrimp become brown .
# After shrimp will cook done transfer in a food processor and make it paste, add some oil for making easy to paste . Serve and enjoy the dry shrimp mashed with warm rice .
