Pan fried Hilsha fish cooked in creamy sesame flavored gravy . Sesame Hilsha is favorite for all ages people because it is so yummy tasted and it is not so spicy.

Ingredients:

* Hilsha (Steak cut ).—– pcs02
* Roasted sesame powder—- 30g
* Onion paste—————02 tbsp.
* Milk———————-1/2cup
* Garlic pest ————01 tsp
* Ginger pest————–01 tsp
* Bay Leaf——————01pcs
* Dry red Chili————–02pcs
* Cumin Powder————–01 tsp
* Green Chili ————02 pcs
* Salt——————-as per taste
* Mustard Oil————-02 tbsp.
* Water as per consistency

{For marinate the fish}

Turmeric powder——01 tsp
Salt —————-01 tsp

Methods of Cooking

#  Marinette  the fish with salt and Turmeric powder then keep it for 15 min.

# Fired  the burner and make the pan medium high heat with Oil , pan fried the fish then keep a side .

# Again, make the pan medium high  heat put bay leaf,  dry read chili, whole cumin
(Seed). oil then onion paste and stir well .

# When onion will become  brown then add garlic paste and ginger pest.  After few moment add all the rest of ingrained and stir well .

# Put some water if you need more liquid of gravy as much you want .
When oil will come out from the gravy add the fish . Mixed the gravy  with fried fish and cook for about 05 minuets on simmering point .After finish cooking, you can enjoy the sesame Hilsha with steam rice yellow fried rice .
