Md. Riajul Islam was born and raised in a small farmer’s family in Mirzaganj, Patuakhali, Bangladesh. In 2016, he moved to Dhaka with dreams and determination to build a better future. That same year, he enrolled in a BBA program while also stepping into the culinary profession as a chef. Through many struggles and life’s ups and downs, he has shaped himself into a skilled and passionate cook. He specializes in Italian, French, and German cuisines, and also has working experience in Bengali, Indian, Thai, and Chinese dishes. His deep love for authentic food and flavors drives him to continuously grow and perfect his craft. Besides cooking, he is also experienced in kitchen inventory management, food costing, and kitchen operations.
He is currently pursuing an MBA in Management, combining both academic knowledge and practical kitchen expertise. His goal is to become an internationally recognized chef and expert in authentic cooking, creating food that touches hearts and represents true flavors. With dedication, skill, and the courage to dream, he believes anyone can rise above their roots and achieve greatness.
