Chef Linus Rozario is a Professional Chef with huge experiences of Culinary Arts.He is one of the very multi-talented chefs of Bangladesh.He is the icon of Bangladeshi chef profession. Long working experience with playing role as the executive chef, F&B in-charge and also the post as G.M. at many hotels in Bangladesh.He was the first Bengali Executive chef of Dhaka Sheraton Hotel.Not only Bangladesh, he also worked in abroad to gather more knowledge about different food, culture and working environment.
He has huge of pr-opening experience. Many hotels are opened by his own touch, like- Sayeman Beach Resort, Best Western Alliance,Hilton in Singapore.
Chef Linus always get the appreciation from the guest for his excellent cooking skills with modern style food plating. He got the highly appreciation for his best work from Tony Blair, Bill Clinton and like more like legendarily person of the world.
He always ensuring the HACCP control, food safety, menu planning, cost control, quality & quantity control.He is so much friendly with co-workers.In his kitchen every chef get him as a teacher and good leader .
