MD Zahed Uddin Chowdhury is a Pan Asian chef with 16 years of experience. He is playing role as an Organizing Secretary of Chef’s Federation of Bangladesh Sylhet Division. Also he work with various cuisine like (continental, Korean, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian and Malaysian.
Chef Zahed born in Sylhet division of Bangladesh. He is belong in a islamic religious conciseness family. He is the 06th child of Let Abdul Gani and Mrs. Haji Belatu Nessa. He spend his childhood in the village and after age of 18th come to Dhaka city and start his career journey. He worked many Hotels and restaurants to gather knowledge of Culinary Arts. In his career life, he worked with many countries chef and he got the good opportunity to learn from that’s great chefs.
2015, got married with Thahera Akter and he begin a happy family life. Chef Zahed is the father of 03 Kids now(01 son with 02 daughters). Out of job he always like to spend his time with family.
He is very interested to highlighted Bangladeshi cuisine all over the world. 2022, he participated to India- Bangladesh cultural conference program and show the beauty of Bangladeshi Culinary Arts.
