Abu Saleh is a young Bangladeshi chef. He has a love and passion for cooking. Which cannot be matched by anything else. Chef Saleh's passion, interest, creativity have brought him this far today. Introduction
He was born on May 5, 1998, in a Muslim family in Bangladesh. He was the second of three brothers and one sister in the family. His father was a farmer and his mother was a housewife. Like ten other boys in the village, he grew up in the village and spent his childhood playing in the field. School and college were completed in the local school and college of the village. For higher studies, he went to Dhaka in 2017 and enrolled in a private university for BBA. Due to various adversities, he had to leave his university and later enrolled in BBA at the National University and completed BBA and MBA. He is currently 27 years old. Abu Saleh's parents are humble and hardworking. Both his parents could cook good food. That's where his inspiration for cooking came from.
Journey to Culinary Arts
Today we will know how Chef Abu Saleh's hard work, creativity and passion have brought him to where he is today. He founded a cloud kitchen called "Mirazo" on his own initiative, which is located in Mymensingh city. In 2018, Abu Saleh was 19 years old. With his love for cooking and his confidence, he started training in a government institution in early 2018. After the training, he joined Biman Flight Catering Center for an internship. After successfully completing his internship there, he joined a fine dining Indian chain restaurant "Mainland China" located in Banani, Dhaka. Due to his love for work, he gained fame there in a short time. As the restaurant was closed during the pandemic, he later took a job at a prestigious restaurant in Gulshan "Lahore by Ikitchen", it was a Pakistani and Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine restaurant. Later he joined the only JCI certified hospital in Bangladesh, United Hospital Ltd, Gulshan, Dhaka. From here, he joined the global chain hotel "Best Western plus Maya", which is located in Nikunj, Dhaka. Currently, he is working as a DCDP in a five-star hotel in Dhaka, "Six Season Hotel". He maintains SOP and Cooking technique and maintains highest standards in his work. He never compromises on quality and consistency. He always maintains all the kitchen hygiene and HACCP. He always tries to give his guests a great time with a beautiful meal. For this, he takes feedback from the guests at different times and prepares food according to the needs of the guests and the guests are very happy with his food.
