Shatkora is a citrus fruit  .Fish and shatkora is a good combination of taste . Any kinds of fish is good for this dish .

 Wash and clean the Thankuni pata very well, then strain it .

Make the pan low heat and dry roast the mustard seeds, stirring constantly until splutter it . Put oil, after oil become hot add onion, green chili and garlic then stir well .

After onion become nut brown add Thankuni pata and seasons with salt . Sautéed Thankuni pata until cooked .

After sautéed Thankuni pata make paste by using food processors .

Enjoy the Thankuni pata bharta/ bata with steamed rice .
