200 g. chick peas
100 g. jack-fruit seed

1/2 cup shredded onion

20 g. chopped garlic
01 tbsp. garlic paste
01 tbsp. ginger paste
01 tbsp. turmeric powder
01 tsp cumin powder/ paste
pinch of cumin seed
01 pcs bay leaf
02 pcs dry red chili
01 tsp chili paste
01 inch cinnamon stick
02 pcs cardamom
3-4 pcs cloves
5-6 pcs black pepper corn
1/2 tsp mixed hot spices powder
Salt as per taste
Oil for cooking


Wash the chick peas and soaked in water for at lest  01 hour . Roasted the jack-fruits then remove white skin and crust it .

In a deep cooking pan assemble  cinnamon stick, cardamom, cloves, black pepper corn,  garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, green chili, roasted jack-fruit seed ,03 cup of water then bring to top of the burner and cook until chick peas become soft .

On the other side, make a pan medium high heat then add bay leaf, dry red chili , cumin seed  and wait for tempered . Put oil on the pan then add shredded onion and chopped garlic   . When onion and garlic will be brown color then transfer to chick peas .

Make the burner on medium low heat for about 05 minuets . After finish cooking enjoy with steam rice, yellow fried rice or roti .
