Chhana is so much popular in Indian sub continental as a ingredient of dessert. Chhana is one of the cheese curds . Bangladeshi people also like to use the chhana for other dishes “Stuffed parwal with chhana” is one of them .
Filling
60 g. chhana
02 pcs green chili
01 tbsp chopped coriander leaf
02 tbsp onion chopped
½ tsp garlic paste
½ tsp ginger paste
01 tsp salt
01 tsp cumin powder

Skin Part
06 pcs parwal / patol
½ tsp red chili powder
01 tsp turmeric powder
01 tsp salt
01 tsp cumin powder
Cooking oil

Method
Place the mince chhana in a mixing bowl and mixed with chopped onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, chopped green chili,
salt, cumin powder and chopped coriander leaf .
Peel or scratch the skin part of parwal then cut in half length ways but both part should be attach . Remove the seeds and
fill with marinated
mince chhana .
Again, marinate the stuffed parwal with red chili powder , turmeric powder ,salt
cumin powder

Make the pan medium high heat and pan grill the parwal with brown color then transfer in a plate .
