In a mixing bowl add the large cuts of pork meat, shredded onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, 02 tbsp. of mustard oil, homemade vinegar, and mixed well.

 Make a pan medium high heat then put bay leaf, cumin seed, dry red chili, cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves and toss it until change color and make flavor.

 Put the oil Add the marinated pork meat and cook for about 4-5 minuet then add 01 cup of hot water .Cook the pork meat for about 30-35minutes or until cooked with in medium heat. Add more hot water when will be needed.

Add green chili then reduce heat on simmering point and cover by lid for about 10 minutes. Remove the lid and enjoy its flavor, taste with boiled/steam rice.
