Shatkora Pork

Shatkora is so much popular in Sylhet division of Bangladesh .One byte of pork meat can make the juicy mouth with shatkora’s test . This recipe is for Non-Muslim people who like pork to eat .
Ingredients
- 300 g. pork meat
- 1/2 pics Shatkora skin part
- 2-3 pics medium size onion
- 1+1 tsp ginger paste
- 1+1 tsp garlic paste
- 1+1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 03-04 pics cardamom
- 03-04 pics cloves
- 01 inch cinnamon stick
- 01 tsp cumin powder
- 05-06 pics green chili
- 02-03 pics dry red chili
- 01 bay leaf
- Pinch of cumin seeds
- Salt as per test
- Oil for cooking
Method
- Marinate the pork meat with salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, mixed hot spices powder, chili powder , cardamom , cinnamon stick, cloves , oil then keep it rest for about 01 hour .
- Make the pan medium high heat then, dry red chili, bay leaf, cumin seeds and wait for tempered . Put the oil then add slice of onion and stir well , when onion become brown color then add marinated pork meat, stir continue …
- Add 01 cup hot water then cover with a lid and cook on medium heat until pork meat will cooked . When pork meat will cooked add shatkora (skin part ) and green chili then reduce heat on simmering point and cover by lid for about 10 minuets . Remove the lid and enjoy its flavor, test with any rice dish or roti .
