“Coconut Omelet” is so much testy, coconut flavor, creamy . In Khulna division coconut omelet is so much popular . Local people call it’s dimer bora .

Ingredients:

  • Egg———————02 pcs
  • Coconut Paste ——-01 tbsp
  • Onion Shredded —–01 pcs
  • Green Chili Chopped–01 pcs
  • Cooking Oil————-01 tbsp
  • Salt (Optional ) ——–pinch

Method   :

  • In a mixing bowl  add all the ingredients except oil and bitten very well .
  • Make the fry pan medium heat then put oil after that add egg mixture and make omelet very genteelly
