Roshun Vorta / Mashed Garlic

Mashed Garlic

Rashun is the Bengali name of garlic . Vorta is the Bengali name of Mashed .


  • 100g. garlic clove
  • 01 pcs medium size onion
  • 4-5 dry red chili
  • 02 tbsp mustard oil
  • 01 tsp salt
  • 05 g. chopped coriander leaf ( optional)


  1.  Roast the garlic clove , onion and dry red chili on low heated pan or grill-er .
  2. When garlic will be soft then transfer in a food processor or a blinder  .Make mash the roasted garlic, onion and roasted dry red chili . After mashed  seasons with salt and mustard oil . If  you like you can add coriander leaf with the mashed garlic .
