* 300 g. taro root
*20 g. dry fish
*30 g. daler bori .
*50 g. shredded onion
* 10 g. chopped garlic
* 05 g. garlic pest
* 05 g . ginger pest
* 01pcs bay leaf
* 01 pinch of cumin seeds
* 02 pcs dry red chili
* 01 tsp cumin powder
* 02 pcs green chili
* Salt as per taste
*01 tbsp. coriander leaf chopped –
* Cooking Oil
* Water as per consistency
For Marinate the dry fish
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Methods of Cooking
#Soak the dry fish in hot water for about 30 minuets then drain it . Marinate the dry fish with salt, turmeric powder, lemon juice
# Peeled the taro root then boil in a deep pan with turmeric powder and salted water . After taro root will become soft then drain the water and keep in a side .
# In a deep fryer ,fry the daler bori for about 30 second or fry until brown color.
# Fired the burner and make the pan medium high heat with Oil , pan fried the dry fish then keep a side .
# Make the pan medium high heat put bay leaf, dry read chili, whole cumin
(Seed). oil then shredded onion and stir well .
# When onion will become brown then add garlic paste and ginger pest. After few moment add turmeric powder , cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and green chili to the gravy .
# Add, boiled taro root then stir well . Put 01 cup of hot water to the curry then cover with a lid and wait for about 05 minuets .
# Bring the fried daler bori to the curry then mixed it and keep on low heat for about 05 minuets .
.After finish cooking sprinkle coriander leaf chopped if you like its flavor , you can enjoy the “Daler Bori with Taro Root and Dry Fish” with steam rice yellow fried rice .
