Mashed Prawn

Freshly cooked prawn mashed with green chili . Spicy tasted mashed prawn is ready to make more appetite for every food lover .


200 g. prawn
50 g. shredded onion

01/2 tsp cumin powder

03 cloves of garlic
03-04 pcs green chili
01/2 tsp turmeric powder
01 tbsp. salt or as per taste
Mustard oil

Method of Preparation

  1. Remove shell from the prawns and remove the black vain and clean well . Dry the prawn by using a kitchen towel or a paper napkin then keep in a bowl .

2. Make the pan medium heat and put some oil. After oil become hot add shredded onion and garlic chopped stir often . With-in few minuets onion will turn to brown color then season with salt, green chili, turmeric powder and cumin powder. Add cleaned prawn on the pan and stir continue .

3. After cook the prawn transfer in a food processor and make the paste or mash . Adjust the mashed prawn with salt and mustard oil .Mashed prawn is good with boiled/steam rice .
