Chef Borhan Khan is one of the youngest talented chefs of Bangladesh. 20 years of his career life, he worked in 11 of reputed 5* categories international and local branded hotel. He is the inspiration for new generation of chef. As a general secretary of “chef federation of Bangladesh” he always tries to support for creating new heroes of culinary arts. All time, chef Borhan get the appreciation from the guest for his excellent cooking skills with modern style food plating.

EXPERIENC

 1st July 2024 to up to date working as Executive Sous Chef (HOD) at Radisson Blu Water Garden Dhaka. Updating all kitchens HACCP policy, personal growing, implements basic and on job training also restaurant breakfast buffet, Ala Carte menu for IRD, Restaurants and banquet. Implement chef special dishes fine dining style, regular buffet lunch, dinner with mordant exclusive presentation also out catering

 21st November 2022 to 26th June 2024 Worked as Executive Sous Chef 2nd In charge of kitchen department. look after breakfast, lunch, dinner, IRD, pre plating fine dining style all the banquet function, update the restaurant buffet, Ala Carte menu, presentation, maintain HACCP, grooming standard trained to all the staff. Also reliever for Executive chef at Renaissance Hotel Dhaka, Bangladesh.

  5th February 2022 to 15th November 2022 working as Executive Chef at Six Seasons hotel Dhaka. Updating all kitchens HACCP policy, personal growing, implements basic and on job training also restaurant breakfast buffet, Ala Carte menu for IRD, Restaurants and banquet.

Implement chef special dishes fine dining style, regular buffet lunch, dinner with mordant exclusive presentation also out catering.

  5th September 2019 to 30th January 2022 worked as Executive Chef an in charge of Ascott the Residence & Ascott palace hotel Dhaka (2 property charge).update the restaurant breakfast buffet, Ala Carte menu for IRD, Restaurants and banquet. Implement chef special dishes fine dining style, weekend buffet weekly basic with mordant / exclusive presentation and out catering.

  17th Jan 2017 to 03rd Sept 2019 Worked as Sous Chef in charge of Cold kitchen and look after the all-day dining restaurant like breakfast, lunch, dinner, IRD, pre plating fine dining style all the banquet function, update the restaurant buffet, Ala Carte menu, presentation, maintain HACCP, grooming standard trained to all the staff. Also reliever duty for Banquet chef, Executive sous chef, and kitchen coordinator to ordering purchasing all the kitchen product at Le meridian Dhaka hotel in Bangladesh.

  20th Jan 2015 to 10th Oct 2016. Worked as Sous Chef 2nd in charge of kitchen department, look after the buffet, a la carte, pre plating fine dining style, breakfast, IRD/Cascade/Cold/hot/butchery/banquet/ pastry bakery, Staff canteen at Amari Dhaka hotel in Bangladesh.

   13th June 2013 to 15th June 2014 Worked as a Sous Chef main kitchen in charge Buffet, Ala Cut, IRD, function, breakfast and fine dining restaurant at Dusit thani Hotel resorts at Maldives.

   27th Dec 2011 to 5th March 2013. Worked as a Snr. Chef De parties inlongitude finding restaurant at six senses laamu Maldives.

   17th January 2011 to 15th May 2011 Worked as a Chef de Parties pre-opening, fine dining restaurant Jumeirah Devanafushi Maldives.

  1st Aug 2009 to 10th Dec 2010, worked as a Chef De parties in Oneand Only Reethi Rah Maldives (Fanditha) Arabic/ Lebanese fine dining restaurant as outlet in charge.

   1st Sep 2007 to 31st July2009, worked as a Demi Chef de parties in One and Only Reethi Rah Maldives Main kitchen hot and cold section 16th Feb 2006 to 31st Aug 2007, worked as a Commies I in One and Only Reith Rah Maldives show kitchen in charge.
