“Dumur” is the Bengali name of figs and “doi” is yogurt   .  One cup of figs yogurt is enough to make your stomach cool .

Ingredients

500 g. figs

500 ml. water

Preparation

# Cut the figs by half then remove seed by using tea spoon  and keep in a bowl .

# In a food processor put water and cleaned fig then blend  it .

# Strain the blended figs by using a clean cloth then put in a jar .

#Keep the jar in room temperature for about 30 minuets .With in 30 minuets figs juice turn to hard .
