Thankuni pata bharta is not only a tasty dish, its also a healthy dish . Centella leaf  is used as a vegetable and as a medicinal herb. Its Bengali name is Thankuni pata .

Ingredients

01 Bunch centella leaf 

50 g. Onion

30 g. Garlic cloves

02-03- Green Chili

05 g. Salt

20 ml. Mustard Oil

05 g. Mustard seed

Method of Preparation

# Wash and clean the Thankuni pata very well, then strain it .

# Make the pan low heat and dry roast the mustard seeds, stirring constantly until splutter it . Put oil, after oil become hot add onion, green chili and garlic then stir well .

After onion become nut brown add Thankuni pata and seasons with salt . Sautéed Thankuni pata until cooked .

# After sautéed Thankuni pata make paste by using food processors .

Enjoy the Thankuni pata bharta/ bata with steamed rice .
