Mashed Peanut/ Bangladeshi China-Badam Bharta

Mashed peanut is very strong flavory and tasty . Roasted peanut mashed with sautéed onion, garlic and chili .
Ingredients
- 100 g. peanut
- 50 g, shredded onion
- 20 g. chopped garlic
- 07-08 pcs green chili
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 01 tbsp. mustard oil
- 01 tsp salt or as per taste
Method
# Roasted the peanut for making crispy and flavor.
# On the other side sautéed the shredded onion, green chili and garlic with nut brown color . Season the onion with salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder .
# By using grinder grind the roasted peanut then add all other ingredients together and grind again .
# Mashed peanut or china-badam bharta is best with steam/ plain rice .
