Shatkora is so much popular in Sylhet division of Bangladesh .One byte of duck meat can make the juicy mouth with shatkora’s test.

Make the pan medium high heat then, dry red chili, bay leaf, cumin seeds , cardamom , cinnamon stick, cloves , black pepper corn and wait for tempered . Season the gravy with salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder then add the duck meat and cook for about 05 minutes.

 Add 01 cup hot water then cover with a lid and cook on medium heat until duck meat will cooked. When duck meat will cooked add shatkora (skin part), hot spices powder and green chili then reduce heat on simmering point and cover by lid for about 10 minutes. Remove the lid and enjoy its flavor, test with any rice dish or roti.
