Stir Fried Sweet Potato Leaves with Daler Bori


Green leaves of sweet potato is so good for stir fry . Little-bit bitterness of sweet potato leaf and taste of fried daler bori together become a good combination

50g. Daler Bori
01 bunch Sweet Potato Leaf
20g. Chopped Onion
10 g. Garlic chopped
02 pcs dry red chili
04 pcs Green Chili
½ Cumin Seeds
01 tsp Cumin Powder
01 tsp Turmeric Powder
½ Coriander Powder
01 tsp salt
oil for cooking

1. Wash and clean the sweet potato leaves then cut it in to 01 inch. long .

2. Deep fry the daler bori for few minuets or until become brown .

3. Make the pan medium high heat then put 01 tbsp oil and saute sweet potato leaves for about 2 minuet or until reduce inside water of sweet potato leaves . After saute transfer the sweet potato leaves in a bowl .

4. Again make the pan medium high heat and put oil then add dry red chili, cumin seed, shredded onion, chopped garlic, stir well . When onion will become brown color then add salt, turmeric powder, Cumin powder, green chili, add return the daler bori on the pan and also add sauteed sweet potato leaves . When sweet potato leaves will be soft then adjust with salt and serve
