Suji Halwa / Semolina Halwa

Ingredients
- 50 g. suji
- 500 ml. liquid milk
- 100 g. sugar
- 50 g. ghee
- 01” inch cinnamon stick
- 04 pcs cardamom
- 02 pcs bay leaf
- 10 g. raisin
- 10 g. cashew nut
- 10 g. pistachio nut
- Pinch of salt
Method
In a fry pan or a shallow sauce pan put ½ quantity of ghee then bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cardamom and wait for malting the ghee. When ghee and whole spice combainly make a good flavor, add the mixed nut and raisin stir often.
After mixed nut start to change their color add the suji and stir continue with low hit for about 4-5 minutes. Add sugar, salt and milk liquid with the suji. Cook the suji in milk for about 5 minutes then add rest of ghee on the pan.
Cook the suji halwa more 3-4 minuets or until become little dry. After Finish the cooking transfer in a bowl or a plater . Use some mixed nuts and raisin on top of halwa for garnish. You can enjoy the halwa after become cold.
