Basically pineapple marinate with Bengali mustard sauce ( kasundi) and some spices .

Ingredients
01 pcs pineapple (300g)
03 tbsp mustard sauce ( kashundi
01 tsp chili flakes
01 tsp salt
01 tsp black salt
Coriander leaf ( optional )

Method

# Cut the pineapple with dice cut and place in a mixing bowl then mixed with all the ingredients .
# Re-move to a serving plate and serve it
