Shutki is a Bengali word of Dry Fish that’s are made in sun-shine . Dry fish contain very strong flavor .
Ingredients
- Dry Loitha Fish———04 pcs
- Turmeric Powder——Pinch
- Cumin Powder———-1/2 tsp
- Garlic Chopped———01 tsp
- Onion Chopped———01 tbsp
- Mustard Oil————-01 tbsp
- Chili Powder———–Pinch
Salad
- Cucumber————-01 pcs
- Onion ——————01 pcs
- Tomato—————–02 pcs
- Coriander Leaf———-1/4 bunch
- Green Chili Chopped–02 pcs
- Garlic Chopped———01 tsp
- Lemon Juice————01 tbsp
- Mustard Oil————-01 Tbsp
- Salt———————–)1 tsp
- Black Salt—————–pinch
Method
- In a pan grill the Loitha fish with Medium heat about 05 min. then sink in hot water for 30 min. and drain it.
- Heat the fry pan medium high heat, sautte the onion and garlic with mustard oil . when Onion will becoming brown add cumin powder and Chili powder .
- When oil will come out from onion put drained fish and stir well . Before finished cooking add salt as per taste . Keep in a plate and remove the bone from fish.
- In a bowl put all the Salad ingredients and Fish , mixed well then serve .
